Revamp and enhance the design and user experience of the Johnson & Johnson employee desktop application, ensuring it is intuitive and efficient. Additionally, implement new features and technologies as necessary to streamline workflows and provide the simplest, most effective experience for employees.

01 - Research & Findings

The first thing the team has worked on was mapping the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Process in a visual format to understand the relationship of documents to approvers and the other tools available to complete the tasks. The below image was created by conducting user research, interviews, data analysis, and observations.
